Meeting for April

Birthdays  -  Betty Villareal Barry Strohmeier, Brenda Lively, Heldur Liivak, Mary Giles, Barbara Schriner, Lisa Mcdonald and Cathy Aaron.     Happy Birthday to all.

 

• Our Car show was a great success. We raised over $3,000 for the VA Peninsula Food Bank. Of course, we had great Corvettes and few other makes and models. We drew a lot of people. St. Mark's provided great food, which brought donations to the Food Bank. Aux Delices sold their great ice cream and french crepes with part of the profits being donated. GOD provided us with great weather, a little windy but warm.. Thanks to you all for making this a great show.

• Thanks to John and Vera for coordinating the the design and purchase of the Club's 15th anniversary shirts. They are great.

• Heldur Liivaks cruise into Surry and the winery has been rescheduled to May 11. He will be sending out an email with updates.

• Zips will have their cruise in on May 4 from 9 am.-4 p.m. They have good discounts and food. If someone wants to lead a group up there set it up or just go individually if you want.

• Congrats to Frank and Thersea Sisto on their 2024 C8 Corvette.
